This website is operated by Homnio (ABN 24 459 458 517). The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Homnio. By accessing or using homnio.com.au (the "Site") or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. Our store is hosted on Shopify. Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law; our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL.

1. Eligibility

2. Products and pricing
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We try to display products, colours and prices accurately but do not warrant that all content is error-free. We may correct errors, change prices or update product information at any time before you order. Where a "compare-at" or "was" price is shown, it reflects a genuine former selling price.

3. Orders
We may refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud or where a pricing or stock error has occurred. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

4. Your conduct
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to transmit malicious code, or to interfere with the Site's operation or security.

5. Intellectual property
All content on this Site (text, images, logos) is owned by or licensed to Homnio and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

7. Consumer guarantees and liability
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For a major failure you are entitled to a replacement or refund, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. For a failure that is not major, you are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced. To the extent permitted by law, and subject to your non-excludable rights, our liability for any other loss is limited to re-supplying the goods or paying the cost of re-supply.
